We hold regular staff training sessions and are proud to boast that all our Underwriters are qualified, or will be within 12 months of joining us, to at least Cert CII level, with assistance provided to help them progress towards DIP and ACII qualifications.
We maintain a supportive, performance- and development-focused work culture which, in turn, leads to a high level of staff satisfaction and retention.
