Focus has a bespoke Binder Facility for Unoccupied Property business with Ergo Insurance UK, part of the Munich Re Group.

The Facility includes:

• A complete range of Cover options, including Full Perils, Full Perils with Selected Inner Limits, and FLEA Perils.

• The option to select from a range of Policy periods (3 months, 6 months or 12 months).

• Pro-rata refunds with the 12-month Policy option, subject to a minimum 25% TOR charge.

• £2m Property Owners Liability LOI as standard, with the option to increase this to £5m. 

• No minimum premium.

• Specifically caters for difficult-to-place properties, e.g. Public Houses, Care Homes and Leisure Centres.

• An excellent Claims Service provided by Ergo working in conjunction with our own dedicated Claims Manager.

Focus Underwriters have full authority to provide quotes up to £3m Buildings Sum Insured and are able to refer to Ergo upon request of a higher limit. Focus also provide a same-day quote service and can issue Policy documents.

As well as all of the above benefits, you’ll be able to enjoy 2.5% extra commission on premiums over £500 until 16th November 2018.
