Contractors Combined Liability

Boasting competitive premiums and excesses, this new Product comes to you in partnership with Tokio Marine HCC and caters to a wide building and contracting trade list.

With no height or depth limits in its policy wording, this Product is perfect for builders and contractors working at height or depth.

It also offers a very generous £10m limit of indemnity for Public Liability insurance for certain trades, including Property Developers.

Latent Defects (Structural Warranty)

Latent Defects (Structural Warranty) is a form of security provided by Property Developers as a building warranty, which insures the homeowner against certain structural defects, which can often be costly for a new homeowner to rectify.

Working with its Insurer Partners, Focus can now source quotations for Latent Defects (Structural Warranty) in this specialist marketplace. All you’ll have to do is fill in a simple proposal form and we can provide an indication of your premium within 48 hours in most cases!
