We would like to inform you that all Focus staff are now working from home, in line with government advice. However, we would like to reassure you that we are still very much open for business and working hard to assist our Broker Partners during these troubled times.

While all Underwriters are now working from home, each has a work laptop with full access to the Focus computer system. 

Getting in touch with your Dedicated Underwriter couldn’t be easier. All phone calls to Underwriters’ direct dials will now divert to their mobile numbers, meaning that you can continue to call them as usual with any enquiries you may have. Please consult our Contact Sheet if you are unsure of your Underwriter’s number. Alternatively, you can email them at their usual email address and they will get back to you as soon as they possibly can. 

To reiterate, it’s very much business as usual here at Focus, and we will be providing you with the same high-quality service you have come to expect of us. We will be dealing as normal with both your renewals and new business as quickly as possible. If you need same-day quote and policy documentation turnaround, please just ask.
