We know that for your clients the real value of service comes when they have a claim. We also know that, when it comes to dealing with claims, speed and efficiency are paramount.

Our aim is always to ensure the handling of claims is as quick, straightforward and direct as possible. Claims are dealt direct between our Brokers and the following Insurer Partners.

Claims for other Insurers

Claims for Insurer Partners other than the above (such as Axis, Antares, etc.) should be emailed to Hetty Brown at Focus, who will notify the Insurers accordingly.

When notifying claims, please provide as much information as possible:

Please attach a copy of the policy schedule applicable to the period of the claim, to speed up the handling of your notification of claim or incident that may give rise to a claim, and provide the following information:

  • The full name of the insured
  • The Insurer’s policy number
  • Date of incident (if known)
  • The circumstances
  • Contact details for insured
  • Any other information you feel may be of use, such as a letter of claim from a third party.

We believe that this process helps to ensure speedy resolution of any claims. It doesn’t mean we can’t also help; our own Claims Team is always on hand to assist you and is dedicated to ensuring claims are handled as efficiently as possible.
